These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dz999 ("dz999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services available at dz999.one, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, online slots, Dragon Tiger, and all associated promotional and financial services.

By accessing the dz999 platform — whether through a web browser, mobile browser, or any application made available by dz999 — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

dz999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time without prior individual notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. Material changes will be announced via a platform notification or email to your registered address.

To register and maintain an active account on dz999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. The dz999 platform does not accept registrations from individuals below the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to determine the legal status of online gaming in your location before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of dz999 or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You must not have previously had a dz999 account closed for fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

dz999 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point to verify your eligibility. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation is a serious breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of any balance, and referral to the relevant authorities where required.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active dz999 account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, different contact information, shared devices, or shared IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

During the registration process, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a unique email address, and your date of birth. You are responsible for keeping all account information current and accurate.

• Your registered mobile number must be your own — sharing a number with another player is not permitted.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your login credentials.
• You must notify dz999 customer support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• dz999 will never contact you to request your account password via any channel. Any communication claiming to be from dz999 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.

dz999 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or if required to do so for regulatory compliance purposes.

dz999 operates a PKR-denominated wallet system. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees. No currency conversion is applied to player balances.

Accepted Deposit Methods: dz999 currently supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players:

Deposits are credited to your dz999 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. dz999 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed only to fully KYC-verified accounts.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by dz999 compliance.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum single withdrawal amounts are specified in your account dashboard and may vary based on account tier.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24–72 hours of submission for verified accounts. During peak periods such as PSL season, processing may take up to 72 hours.
• dz999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal as part of its AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance procedures.

dz999 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the PSL (Pakistan Super League) and international cricket tournaments.

All bonuses offered by dz999 are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual offer terms. Failing to meet wagering requirements before requesting withdrawal will result in the bonus amount being voided.
• One Bonus Per Player: Each player is entitled to claim each individual promotion once. Using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and is grounds for permanent suspension.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the dz999 platform contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bets have an expiry period, typically 7–30 days from the date of crediting. Any unused bonus balance after the expiry date will be removed from your account without compensation.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum permitted single wager is Rs 1,000 or the equivalent in the relevant game currency. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.

dz999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and to remove bonus funds from any account where abuse is suspected, including where the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means or by exploiting a technical error on the platform.

All sports bets, casino wagers, and game plays placed on dz999 are governed by the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once a unique bet reference number has been generated and displayed to you. bets shown as "pending" have not yet been accepted and may be refused if odds or market conditions change before confirmation.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface before you place your wager. dz999 reserves the right to adjust individual player limits at its discretion.
• Void Bets: dz999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, priced incorrectly due to a technical or human error, or where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed. Voided bets are refunded to your wallet at the original stake amount.
• Abandoned Events: If a sports event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the relevant market result is determined, bets may be voided and stakes returned according to sport-specific rules. For cricket matches abandoned due to weather (including DLS method outcomes), dz999 follows the official result as declared by the governing body.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. During periods of high network load — particularly during PSL matches — brief delays in bet acceptance may occur. dz999 is not liable for bets that could not be placed due to connectivity issues on the player's side.

For casino games, all results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Game theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available in the game information section of each title. dz999 does not manipulate game outcomes and all games are provided by licensed third-party software providers.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dz999 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or are legally prohibited from online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• Creating more than one dz999 account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any point during the account verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access game outcomes in advance, or exploit platform features.
• Colluding with other players on the dz999 platform to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or other player-versus-player game formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or display errors to obtain funds, credits, or advantages not intended by dz999. Any such errors must be reported to customer support immediately.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, including depositing funds from proceeds of criminal activity or structuring transactions to avoid AML monitoring thresholds.
• Engaging in chargeback fraud — initiating a payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for a deposit that was genuinely made and credited to your dz999 account.
• Abusing the dz999 bonus system through matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic approach designed to extract guaranteed profit from promotional offers in a manner that circumvents the intended purpose of the promotion.

dz999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its services. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become a problem that negatively affects their financial wellbeing, relationships, and mental health. The following tools and policies are in place to support players who need them.

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your dz999 account at any time from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced. Increasing a limit is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the new limit applies.
• Loss Limits: You can set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined time period. Once this limit is reached, your account will not accept further wagers until the period resets.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dz999, its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the dz999 platform.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, network outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Errors in odds or game outcomes caused by data feed failures from third-party providers, where such errors were corrected promptly and in good faith by dz999.
• Any financial losses incurred as a result of your gambling activity on the platform. Gambling carries inherent financial risk; by using dz999, you accept this risk in full.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, dz999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you on the platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, dz999 and the relevant player shall first attempt to resolve the matter through direct negotiation.
